Arsenal have reached an agreement with Fenerbahce over the potential sale of Joel Campbell, according to reports from the Express.

The 22-year-old has struggled to hold down a first team role at the Emirates ever since his arrival from Costa Rican outfits Saprissa back in 2011.

He has continuously been loaned out over the past few years, with spells at Lorient, Real Betis, Olympiacos, and most recently Villarreal.

Manager Arsene Wenger is believed to be considering the sale of at least three of his attacking players in order to step up his chase for FC Porto star Jackson Martinez.

Martinez is currently valued at £25million and has been a long term target for the Gunners in their bids to add some extra firepower to his frontline.

Campbell has often spoken out of his limited role under Wenger, but despite his plea for first team football, it is likely that he would be sold in the summer...
